Our Students:

Our students are best described as having average or above aptitudes but have not reached their academic potential in traditional educational settings. Some have identifiable learning differences such as dyslexia or attention deficits (ADD/ADHD), while others have strengths in non-traditional learning styles.

Sterne School is committed to educating students with learning differences and providing them with the skills and strategies necessary to reach their academic potential. Students at Sterne School are taught to understand how they learn—self-knowledge that enables future learning and promotes self-advocacy.
