Board Members
Cori Bussolari
Cori Bussolari is a full-time assistant professor in the Counseling Psychology department at the University of San Francisco and the coordinator of the graduate program in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed psychologist, she also has a private practice in San Francisco where she specializes in helping people cope with difficult life challenges, especially chronic illness as well as grief and loss.
Dr. Bussolari has worked for several school districts, including the SF Unified School District, as a consultant to families and teachers, as a primary therapist, as well as a school psychologist. She has also worked extensively as a pediatric psychologist in hospital settings. She is currently involved with a research intervention project through the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, which focuses on teaching students an array of skills to manage stress and increase positive emotions.
Dr. Bussolari received her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, her MEd in Counseling Psychology (with a specialization in School Psychology) from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and her PsyD in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
