Timeline & Process

 

In November of 2018, the Board of Trustees affirmed the launch of a visioning and strategic planning process for Sterne School.  This endeavor will bring our community together to discuss the school’s future in order to extend our proud tradition of serving students with learning differences. To help us in this endeavor, we have retained Mission Minded (Mission-Minded.com); a firm with deep experience helping independent schools shape their futures and strengthen their brands.

Over the course of the next 10 months, every member of the Sterne community will be invited to engage in important conversations. These conversations will take many forms, including one-on-one interviews, group discussions, and online surveys.

Community visioning sessions, "Future Sterne" survey, agenda: vision, aspirational goals, BrandEquation, Future Sterne Document, Feedback & adoption of Future Sterne Document
